In past few years, we have met so many bright students who could not continue their college education because of financial issues. This is our effort to help them in every possible way. From the funds collected we will be providing scholarships/financial aid to the selected students.
Aastha's grandfather, Pandit Vishwambhar Dayal Tripathi (from Unnao - UP), was a freedom fighter, social reformer and founding member of Forward Bloc along with Subhash Chandra Bose. He dedicated his life for the freedom struggle and upliftment of the poor and needy.
Unnao is the largest district in UP with agriculture as prime industry. Though the farmers here are very hard working, we realized that it is lack of knowledge and guidance which is limiting their growth. Lack of proper healthcare and guidance has further deteriorated their condition. To support this we are working on opening a center which will provide education, healthcare and support to farmers and their families.
We decided to make Manaswini's birthday special by starting this foundation on her first birthday and donating all the funds collected towards this noble cause to fulfill dreams of her great grandfather.
